Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance coordination, employee records, HR compliance, and engagement. Serve as first point of contact for HR queries, maintain HRIS and documentation, support KPIs and training needs, and collaborate with Operations and Administration to align HR activity with workforce planning and culture.
