Performs process design for plant development projects, develops processes and control features, prepares equipment specifications and operator manuals, supports process safety reviews and proposals, and communicates designs with clients and other engineering disciplines. May provide technical guidance to junior staff and visit operating plants or construction sites to gather data and assess equipment.

Supports annual marketing and communications plans, corporate events, tradeshows, sponsorships, campaigns, and brand initiatives. Manages event logistics, vendors, budgets, registrations, content, social media, email campaigns, collateral, and post-event reporting. Coordinates stakeholders and supports lead-generation, brand-positioning, video, and graphic design projects while maintaining strong communication, organization, and deadline management.

Leads company proposal scheduling and serves as the subject matter expert for Primavera P6, Deltek Acumen, and NetPoint. Maintains the P6 database, supports project schedulers, develops level 2 and level 3 proposal schedules, facilitates schedule risk sessions, and improves planning standards and processes. Oversees project controls personnel and audits schedules for contractual, client, and industry compliance. The role requires field assignments and travel across the Southern United States.
