Own churn analysis, build subscriber behavior models and cohorts, develop retention dashboards and LTV/revenue impact models, tag cancellation reasons, support A/B test design/analysis, ensure data integration from Zendesk/Shopify/Recharge, and present insights to retention leadership.

Own and execute subscriber retention programs end-to-end to reduce churn and improve LTV. Design save, cancellation, and win-back flows; partner with Marketing, Product, and Analytics; lead a retention analyst; measure program ROI and churn impact; and continuously iterate using retention best practices.

Coordinate inbound freight receipts, schedule and track delivery/dock appointments in the TMS, reconcile POs/ASNs with received inventory, document discrepancies, coordinate putaway with 3PLs, communicate with carriers and suppliers, and identify process improvements to ensure accurate, timely inbound receiving across a multi-fulfillment center network.
