The Senior Data Analyst will build the data function from the ground up, analyzing operational efficiency, customer journeys, retention, and business performance. Responsibilities include developing datasets, complex data models, KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights for stakeholders and executive leadership. The role requires cross-functional partnership, root-cause analysis, customer experience optimization, and independent framework development in a distributed remote environment.

Manage fast-moving, cross-functional CRM and lifecycle marketing projects. Responsibilities include maintaining Monday.com trackers, campaign schedules, and backlogs; facilitating standups and project check-ins; coordinating internal teams and external agencies; identifying and resolving blockers; tracking dependencies and action items; moving campaign assets through QA; and aligning Customer Care for high-volume sends.

Own and evolve large-scale Elixir and Phoenix systems spanning multiple teams, services, and repositories. Drive architecture and technical decisions, build data ingestion pipelines and event-driven services, resolve complex production issues, and improve CI/CD, observability, testing, security, and developer tooling. Mentor engineers through pairing and code reviews, document architecture, break down ambiguous initiatives, and build end-to-end user-facing features with Phoenix LiveView when needed.
