The role requires compassionate communication, de-escalation skills, scheduling and conversion ability, accurate data entry, basic computer and EHR proficiency, HIPAA awareness, and reliable onsite attendance.

Supervise a youth court-diversion behavioral health program by managing the therapeutic milieu, developing routines, training and supervising behavior specialists, facilitating groups, coordinating with juvenile court services, and overseeing schedules, supplies, documentation, and on-call support. The role uses trauma-informed and DEI-informed practices to support youth experiencing crisis.
