Lead and strengthen the bank's operational and non-financial risk practice: design and enhance risk frameworks (RCSA, KRI), oversee third-party, technology/cyber and data risk, support new products and business initiatives, drive risk systems and automation, ensure BNM regulatory compliance, produce senior management and regulator reporting, and build risk culture and stakeholder engagement.

Collaborate on designing and executing web and mobile application test cases, develop and maintain automated testing, debug test systems, identify and document defects, and update QA training materials and documentation. The role is intended for a student or graduate in a computing-related field with basic software testing knowledge, strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn.

Design, implement, and operate security engineering capabilities across AppSec, cloud, network, IAM, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, automation and AI security. Perform threat modelling, secure code reviews, CI/CD security tooling, SBOM and supply-chain controls, cloud posture and CNAPP operations, build agentic SOC automation, and conduct security research to inform roadmap.
