Drive nationwide growth in materials handling equipment by developing new business, deepening customer relationships, understanding machinery and operational needs, and delivering practical solutions. The role involves working with Territory Managers and BDMs, managing an established customer base, identifying opportunities, and conducting extensive face-to-face client engagement from Tauranga, including approximately two weeks of travel each month.

Provides organisation-wide cultural leadership alongside the General Manager, embedding Ngāti Whakaue tikanga, kawa, whakapapa, identity, values, and Māori language throughout decisions, services, events, staff leadership, and whānau engagement. Advises and respectfully challenges senior leaders, supports sensitive matters confidentially, and maintains trusted relationships with kaumātua, tohunga, Ngāti Whakaue whānau, and the wider Māori community. The role is permanent and flexible, with occasional participation in meetings and activities outside normal working hours.

Independent Chair of the Finance, Audit & Risk Komiti, providing governance leadership over financial reporting, audit, enterprise risk, internal controls, compliance, assurance, fraud prevention, resilience, and emerging technology risks. The role leads inclusive, tikanga-informed meetings, challenges management constructively, reports to the Board, and supports sound financial stewardship across a complex kaupapa Māori group.
