Supports discovery, research, validation, product adoption, internal product education, process improvements, and product-level compliance guidance. Collaborates closely with Customer Success, Sales, Support, Marketing, and other teams to improve customer understanding and product value.

Build and deploy AI-powered internal tools, automations, workflows, and integrations across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, HR, and other teams. Translate business needs into production-ready solutions using LLMs, APIs, automation platforms, and custom scripts. Own AI products from ideation through deployment, improve usability and adoption, evaluate multiple AI models, and ensure secure, compliant, reliable, and maintainable implementations.
