Identify, prospect, and qualify Finnish-market B2B sales opportunities for Semine’s AI-powered accounts payable automation platform. Conduct strategic outbound outreach, assess prospect needs, represent the company at webinars and industry events, track KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to improve lead generation and go-to-market execution.

Manage a portfolio of strategic customers, overseeing commercial relationships, renewals, pricing negotiations, account plans, and customer health. Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities through product demos and tailored proposals. Build long-term stakeholder relationships, represent customer needs internally, and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships to improve customer outcomes and recurring revenue.

Manage a portfolio of strategic SaaS accounts, driving renewals, retention, upsell and cross-sell growth. Build customer relationships, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, maintain account plans, monitor customer health, and address risks. Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to represent customer needs and improve service delivery. Requires commercial account management experience, Salesforce proficiency, and fluent German and English communication skills.
