Participate in a fast-paced vehicle sales training program covering rental, finance, operations, HR, and sales/marketing. Prospect and call assigned accounts, support Vehicle Sales Managers to meet quotas, maintain customer relationships to improve retention, perform operational/administrative tasks, and relocate within territory after program completion.

Lead distribution center operations and supervisors, manage customer relationships, implement LEAN/continuous improvement, hire and develop staff, oversee safety and equipment maintenance, and may manage P&L depending on account scope.

Oversee day-to-day customer logistics operations, lead direct reports, manage planning/scheduling, ensure customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, health and safety, and staff performance development. Provide off-shift support for network disruptions and collaborate with international teams.
