Supervise and coach a customer service team to meet productivity and quality KPIs. Manage daily shift operations, assign and monitor cases using dashboards, handle escalations, coordinate with internal partners, conduct performance reviews, and support hiring/disciplinary actions.

Provide administrative support for warehouse and transportation operations, including payroll collection and input, accounts payable/receivable tasks, DOT/safety file maintenance (MVRs, physicals, drug screens), and maintaining location and employee records. Verify payroll and assist with personnel administration and other assigned duties.

Participate in a fast-paced vehicle sales management training program covering rental, finance, operations, HR, and marketing. Prospect and maintain customer accounts, support location managers to meet sales quotas, handle operational and administrative tasks, and develop strategies to improve retention and sales. Relocation within the geographic territory required at program end.
