Manage day-to-day servicing and renewal lifecycle for commercial insurance accounts, including policy submissions, endorsements, binders, renewals, and client support. Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate policy administration, maintain account records, perform coverage analysis, and use brokerage systems and Excel for reporting and data management. Participate in training and collaborate with senior team members to improve processes and client service.

Support middle market operations by analyzing workflows, translating business needs into requirements, leading UAT and defect resolution, optimizing systems, documenting SOPs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and reporting operational metrics to drive consistency and scalability.

Lead enterprise AI architecture and governance, build document intelligence pipelines (ingestion, OCR, parsing, extraction, embeddings), implement vector search and retrieval, enforce MLOps standards and CI/CD, evaluate AI technologies, and provide cross-team technical leadership to align AI initiatives with business goals.
