Designs and governs the organization’s Workday and HRIS architecture, roadmap, configurations, security, workflows, reporting, integrations, and compliance processes. Partners with People, Finance, IT, legal, audit, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Leads optimization, testing, release impact analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, vendor and product evaluations, and AI and automation initiatives, including Workday Extend and PRISM.

Own and operate cloud security posture management across a multi-cloud environment; partner with platform and development teams to integrate security into IaC and CI/CD pipelines; enforce guardrails and policy-as-code; perform threat hunting, detection, alert triage, and incident response; advise on cloud security architecture and champion new security technologies.

Lead India finance operations: establish processes and controls, prepare US & India GAAP financial statements, manage audits, oversee budgeting and compliance, manage and develop finance team, and support global finance initiatives.
