Analyzes, develops, and implements compensation and recognition programs. Advises HR partners and leaders on pay practices, evaluates job descriptions and salary structures, manages compensation data in Workday and Payfactors, supports salary surveys and merit modeling, and oversees recognition vendors. The role also contributes to payroll, benefits, leave, policy, compliance, employee communications, and process improvement initiatives.

Assist the project team in completing projects by learning construction industry processes and procedures, while gaining a working understanding of budgets and job-site coordination.

Oversee development accounting for real estate projects, including draw requests, invoices, financial projections, GAAP statements, tax schedules, joint venture accounting, closings, management reports, and audit support. The role requires collaboration with executives, investment partners, lenders, legal, and capital markets teams while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
