Provide BIM/VDC administration and coordination for projects: create and maintain models and 3D content, support BIM technical needs, lead coordination meetings, produce 4D schedules, train teams, review shop drawings, assist with proposals, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and resolve BIM-related conflicts.

Support corporate budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting for FP&A. Build financial models, perform variance and expense analysis, partner with business leaders, drive process improvements, and deliver advanced ad hoc reports and presentations for leadership.

Manage development accounting for real estate projects including GAAP financials, cash-flow and projections, tax schedules, requisitions/invoices, audit support, and coordination with legal, capital markets, lenders, and owners. Prepare monthly/quarterly project statements and ad hoc management reports while applying joint venture and consolidation accounting rules.
