Owns RSM, PARCview, and WinGEMS process models for RYAM’s Jesup Mill while performing process engineering work. Responsibilities include maintaining reporting and data integrity, tracking production losses, analyzing operating performance, troubleshooting issues, leading improvement projects and mill-scale trials, evaluating costs and benefits, and supporting safety, quality, productivity, environmental, and customer objectives.

Provides credit and collections services, evaluates and recommends customer credit limits, monitors receivables and past-due accounts, manages credit risk using agency reports, coordinates collections, prepares bankruptcy court claims, and communicates credit information across the company. The role also maintains credit controls, supports asset protection, and participates in external credit forums.
