Leads MAC pricing administration for enterprise clients and pharmacy partners, including MAC list maintenance, pricing adjustments, guarantee monitoring, contract reconciliation, implementation pricing, escalations, and performance analysis. Partners with cross-functional teams to improve pricing strategy and adopt automated tools. Manages, coaches, and develops the pricing team while establishing documented processes and ensuring accurate, timely pricing operations.

Manages digital marketing operations across email, SMS, social media, and creative workflows. Builds and monitors Braze and Twilio campaigns, oversees vendors, maintains data quality, schedules social content, coordinates creative approvals, reports performance, and supports digital campaigns. The role also improves processes through AI automation, testing, segmentation, and data-driven optimization while collaborating across Brand, Creative, Analytics, and Performance Marketing teams.

Provides senior-level on-site and remote IT support for Boston employees, including endpoint provisioning, executive support, ticket escalation, identity and access management, cloud administration, networking, conferencing systems, asset management, and physical access control. Develops PowerShell and Python automation, applies AI tools to IT workflows and documentation, supports compliance requirements, maintains knowledge resources, and contributes to infrastructure and process improvement initiatives.
