Maintains shipment reports, enters and prepares loads in a transportation management system, schedules pickup and delivery appointments, tracks shipments, communicates status updates, resolves shipment issues, supports key accounts, and escalates billing or follow-up concerns. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced transportation environment.

Provides logistics coordination and support by entering customer loads, monitoring pickups and deliveries, coordinating driver check calls, scheduling appointments, investigating shipment discrepancies, updating stakeholders, validating delivery data, and providing routing instructions. Requires at least one year of logistics experience, transportation industry knowledge, and the ability to prepare routine reports and follow written or verbal instructions.

Sell RXO’s Fuel Card program and related services to small fleets. Responsibilities include cold calling, managing existing customer accounts, maintaining a sales pipeline, assisting with credit applications, analyzing customer reports for growth opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; sales and transportation or 3PL experience are preferred.
