Provides logistics support for last-mile transportation operations, including load entry, routing, dispatching, traffic coordination, delivery scheduling, shipment monitoring, driver check calls, status updates, and documentation of overages, shortages, and damages. Ensures accurate load data, timely deliveries, and effective communication among customers, receivers, drivers, and account managers.
