Collaborates with product managers and engineers, advocates for usability and accessibility, iterates based on feedback and data, and supports go-to-market materials with design assets.

Leads the product roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle for healthcare technology features and modules. Translates customer feedback into requirements, drives discovery through interviews and data analysis, partners with engineering on releases, defines success metrics, ensures healthcare compliance, supports go-to-market enablement, and mentors product managers.
