Partner with managers across two entities to lead employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, HRIS administration, compensation and benefits support, manager coaching, engagement initiatives, and HR process improvements to scale people practices.

Responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and hiring high-volume roles (contact center, enrollment, pharmacy techs). Manage pipelines, use ATS, guide hiring managers through structured interviews, extend offers, support onboarding, and maintain timely candidate communication and recordkeeping to ensure a professional candidate experience.
