Hands-on operations role responsible for picking, packing, inventory management, and local delivery of medical products to hospitals and healthcare facilities. Duties include route coordination, delivery setup, documentation, vehicle upkeep, compliance with HIPAA and privacy policies, and resolving inventory or delivery issues. Requires warehouse, delivery, or logistics experience, a clean driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, flexible availability, and healthcare compliance eligibility.

Hands-on warehouse and delivery role: pick, pack, and prepare medical products; perform local deliveries and pick-ups to hospitals; manage inventory and cycle counts; maintain delivery records and company vehicle; follow HIPAA and healthcare compliance.

Serve as the principals' operational right hand to translate intent into action, manage communications and priorities, produce leadership reporting, lead strategic projects, draft executive communications, and drive cross-functional execution and follow-through.
