Constructs and alters theatrical costumes according to designer and Costume Shop Manager specifications. Performs hand and machine sewing, tailoring, period construction, alterations, zipper insertion, finishing, and quick rigging. Collaborates with costume teams and vendors, maintains design integrity, and completes projects under tight deadlines. The role requires physical activity, including lifting at least 20 pounds and working on ladders. Travel may be available.

Lead day-to-day entertainment operations at Heide Park, managing performers, technicians, scheduling, budgets, and safety. Serve as RWS on-site ambassador, support recruitment and casting, collaborate with production and global teams, and drive quality, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement across live experiences.

Support payroll operations for weekly, biweekly, and monthly runs for a diverse workforce (including performers and seasonal staff). Import and reconcile payroll data in NetSuite, ensure proper coding and compliance, assist with payroll platforms, provide administrative support to finance, and participate in special projects to meet departmental goals and timelines.
