Support Production Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing live entertainment projects. Manage scheduling, resources, vendor coordination, budget tracking, on-site logistics, technical installation support, health and safety compliance, and cross-functional communication to ensure timely, safe, and on-budget delivery of productions.

Provide administrative, logistical, and project support to Land Production teams across attractions, events, and installations. Maintain schedules, trackers, documentation, budgets, procurement, vendor coordination, travel logistics, installation readiness, and project reporting while liaising with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure timely, safe, and organized project delivery.

Support planning, coordination, and on-site execution of live entertainment productions across UK and EU theme parks. Assist Production Manager with scheduling, resource coordination, vendor management, budget tracking, technical installation support, health & safety compliance, and cross-functional communication to deliver productions on time, safely, and within scope.
