Leads UK sea production across client accounts, budgets, financial reporting, contracts, invoicing, systems integration, studio, wardrobe, and technical operations. Oversees project delivery, global processes, staffing, onboarding, workload distribution, client relationships, new-build feasibility, and operational quality. Directly manages senior production leaders and serves as an escalated decision-maker. Supports business development through industry networking and trade events, with approximately 20% international travel and responsibility for global departmental leadership when required.

Support Production Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing live entertainment projects. Manage scheduling, resources, vendor coordination, budget tracking, on-site logistics, technical installation support, health and safety compliance, and cross-functional communication to ensure timely, safe, and on-budget delivery of productions.

Manage scenic and props design for live experiences: develop concepts using CAD and Adobe tools, create build/install plans, manage vendors and budgets, oversee load‑ins and rehearsals, fabricate and maintain props, maintain documentation and inventory, supervise shop staff, and support logistics with up to 40% travel.
