Manage day-to-day operations of live entertainment productions including scheduling, logistics, crew and vendor management, budget oversight, technical oversight (video/lighting/sound/SFX), health and safety compliance, client relationship management, risk mitigation, and documentation. Coordinates with producers, directors, technical teams and vendors to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards, often requiring flexible hours and international travel.

Constructs and alters theatrical costumes using hand and machine sewing to designer specifications. Works with a wardrobe team, handles stretch fabrics, beading, sequins, and quick rigging, meets tight deadlines, and performs physical tasks including lifting and ladder work for seasonal events.

Lead and facilitate in-studio and virtual rehearsals for musicians and vocalists, support onboarding and logistics, manage rehearsal equipment and schedules, provide performer feedback and documentation, and coordinate with creative and production teams to ensure artistic and operational readiness for deployment.
