The Production Manager oversees day-to-day operations of live entertainment productions, coordinating logistics, managing schedules, resources, and budgets while ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.

Lead and execute UK People Operations and support global HR operations. Ensure efficient employee lifecycle processes, compliance, HR systems administration (HiBob), reporting, process improvements, audits, and right-to-work checks. Partner with People, Finance, and business teams and manage one People Operations team member to deliver consistent, scalable HR services.

Coordinate project documentation, estimating, and tender processes for themed entertainment and experiential construction projects. Manage version control, naming conventions, RFQ/RFP/tender packages, and coordination among designers, architects, engineers, vendors, and procurement from concept through construction.
