Supervise the remounting and installation of onboard production shows while preserving artistic quality and brand integrity. Create and maintain show documentation, choreography breakdowns, teaching guides, rehearsal materials, and re-block documents. Support Dance Captains, talent replacements, cast leadership interviews, rehearsals, scheduling, production calendars, and changeovers. Travel internationally for onboard installations and provide coverage for the Show Supervisor team. Collaborate with production management and senior supervisors in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Coordinates domestic and international freight and courier shipments for projects and events. Prepares customs documentation, validates HS commodity codes, tracks deliveries, negotiates freight quotes, creates purchase orders, and supports warehouse picking, packing, dispatch, and operational cover. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, warehouse safety awareness, import/export knowledge, and a valid driving license with personal transport.

Manages the development, production, rehearsal, installation, deployment, and operational launch of cruise entertainment programs. Coordinates creative, casting, technical, shipboard, and operations teams; maintains project schedules, budgets, documentation, and production standards; leads installations and cast changeovers; supports cast and contractors; and serves as the primary liaison with shipboard leadership.
