Directly manages senior production leaders and serves as an escalated decision-maker. Supports business development through industry networking and trade events, with approximately 20% international travel and responsibility for global departmental leadership when required.

Support Production Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing live entertainment projects. Manage scheduling, resources, vendor coordination, budget tracking, on-site logistics, technical installation support, health and safety compliance, and cross-functional communication to ensure timely, safe, and on-budget delivery of productions.

Manage scenic and props design for live experiences: develop concepts using CAD and Adobe tools, create build/install plans, manage vendors and budgets, oversee load‑ins and rehearsals, fabricate and maintain props, maintain documentation and inventory, supervise shop staff, and support logistics with up to 40% travel.
