Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial construction projects. Manage documentation, schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project logs. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and design professionals, conduct site visits to monitor progress and safety, track costs and billings, and support client communication to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Manage multiple healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Responsibilities include overseeing schedules, budgets, quality, procurement, subcontractors, vendors, contracts, change orders, documentation, safety, compliance, and client communication while identifying risks and ensuring successful project delivery.

Supports conceptual design, space planning, code reviews, permitting research, Revit documentation, construction drawing coordination, consultant collaboration, site visits, and client presentations across healthcare, tenant improvement, renovation, and ground-up projects.
