Supports construction project accounting, monthly draws, financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, journal entries, account reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and GAAP compliance. Partners with project managers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, support collections, analyze financial information, and communicate results to leadership. The role requires a bachelor's degree, accounting experience, proficiency with Excel and accounting systems, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Lead complex healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, quality, risks, contracts, and client relationships while coordinating architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Oversee preconstruction planning, estimating reviews, constructability, value engineering, and project execution. Monitor financial performance and compliance, communicate with stakeholders, and mentor project managers and teams.

Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial construction projects. Manage documentation, schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project logs. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and design professionals, conduct site visits to monitor progress and safety, track costs and billings, and support client communication to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
