Manages engineering consulting projects from business development and proposal preparation through delivery. Builds client relationships, negotiates new business, oversees consultant teams, monitors project schedules, quality, financial performance, invoicing, and receivables. Develops presentations, supports conferences, communicates technical concepts, and tracks industry innovations. Requires engineering or architecture knowledge, familiarity with building design and construction processes, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and willingness to travel.

Develops new clients, markets, and business opportunities for RWDI’s engineering and consulting services in India. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship building, pipeline management, opportunity development, proposal support, negotiations, market intelligence, networking, and client acquisition across infrastructure and built-environment sectors. The role collaborates with technical specialists and regional leaders to connect client needs with RWDI expertise and win new business.

Performs wind engineering analysis, consulting, and oversight for buildings, long-span bridges, solar arrays, façades, and pedestrian environments. Responsibilities include evaluating aerodynamics, wind loading, structural dynamics, aeroelastic response, and microclimate effects; applying experimental and computational methods; preparing technical deliverables; supporting project delivery and business development; and collaborating with engineering, architectural, and industrial clients.
