Leads dealership finance activities by securing customer financing, presenting insurance and payment options, reviewing sales documentation, and ensuring compliance and timely funding. Supports sales staff, monitors finance goals, protects sensitive information, promotes customer satisfaction, and oversees inventory presentation and showroom standards. Requires finance or sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Handle inbound leads via phone, text, and email; qualify prospects, schedule and confirm appointments, prepare customers for store visits, document activity in the CRM, and coordinate with store staff to ensure customer readiness.
