Supports accounts receivable and credit control activities, including cash collections, client credit checks, invoice and payment reconciliation, monthly statements, billing dispute resolution, account record maintenance, and process improvements. The role works closely with the Credit and Collections Manager and wider finance team to maintain cash flow, minimise credit risk, and ensure accurate, confidential financial records.

Lead delivery of the firm's AI strategy and change programme: manage the AI Transformation team, drive firmwide AI adoption, partner with legal and business teams to implement AI-enabled solutions, run AI Labs experimentation, monitor adoption/risks/benefits, and support governance and responsible AI practices.

Provide corporate and commercial legal advice including M&A, complex commercial and technology contracting, governance and procurement across energy, infrastructure, technology and social sectors. Draft and negotiate contracts, manage client relationships, and support business development while developing legal skills in a collaborative team.
