Lead delivery of the firm's AI strategy and change programme: manage the AI Transformation team, drive firmwide AI adoption, partner with legal and business teams to implement AI-enabled solutions, run AI Labs experimentation, monitor adoption/risks/benefits, and support governance and responsible AI practices.

Provide corporate and commercial legal advice including M&A, complex commercial and technology contracting, governance and procurement across energy, infrastructure, technology and social sectors. Draft and negotiate contracts, manage client relationships, and support business development while developing legal skills in a collaborative team.

Provide project and banking finance legal advice on large-scale infrastructure, renewable energy, construction, property finance and corporate finance transactions. Work within the Banking & Finance team on complex, cross-border matters, supporting project financing, securitisations and sustainability-linked financings while developing expertise under senior partners.
