Oversee irrigation services across assigned properties: interpret designs, perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, start-ups and upgrades; develop repair proposals; manage reporting (time, POs, inspections, billing); coordinate with account teams; lead and train technicians; communicate project updates; identify change orders; ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

Lead and coordinate field crews, schedules, and material/vendor logistics to ensure high-quality landscaping installations and ongoing production. Monitor irrigation and quality, train crews, manage documentation and reporting, handle customer walkthroughs, safety meetings, and collaborate with account and branch managers.
