Sells and leases vehicles by meeting sales objectives, assisting clients with vehicle selection, conducting test drives, completing sales paperwork, delivering vehicles, explaining features and warranties, scheduling service appointments, and following up after delivery. Maintains CRM records, develops repeat and referral business, complies with automotive sales regulations, and collaborates with dealership management and finance teams.

Manages the pre-owned vehicle sales department, including sales goals, profitability, inventory acquisition, appraisals, auctions, reconditioning, wholesaling, compliance, CRM follow-up, marketing, and customer satisfaction. Hires, trains, schedules, and coaches sales personnel while coordinating with finance, service, new vehicle sales, manufacturer partners, and other dealerships. Oversees inventory aging, pricing, advertising, and strategic planning to maximize dealership performance and profit.
