Lead and maintain the commercial unit's operating structure, managing safety, quality, production, manpower, equipment, logistics, and project finances. Oversee superintendents, layout and project management teams; forecast staffing, set pay scales, implement training, ensure safety compliance, manage change orders and site logistics, and coordinate with preconstruction to meet project execution and financial goals.

Lead and manage the company-wide construction safety program, ensure OSHA compliance, develop project-specific safety plans, conduct inspections and incident investigations, deliver training and toolbox talks, manage PPE/SDS and workers' compensation, and drive continuous safety improvements across field and office operations. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Serve as primary client and on-site contact to deliver commercial concrete projects on time and within budget. Oversee document control (PlanGrid), subcontracts, purchase orders, submittals, shop drawings, materials coordination, scheduling, change orders, billing, risk assessment, quality control, and closeouts. Lead pre-install and closeout meetings, monitor subcontractors, support business development, and maintain accurate project records.
