Leads IT operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, identity and access management, disaster recovery, and IT service management for a distributed 24/7 public safety organization. Governs MSP-delivered SOC, helpdesk, and engineering services; manages security risk, compliance, incident response, vendors, budgets, and infrastructure modernization. Oversees resilient networks, cloud platforms, endpoints, station alerting, radio, CAD infrastructure, and business continuity while reporting risk and performance to executive leadership.

Provides Level 2 support for enterprise SaaS and cloud applications used in public safety and operational environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting application, access, identity, integration, data, and workflow issues; administering permissions; coordinating with vendors; documenting procedures; supporting implementations and changes; assisting users; and maintaining governance and service records. The role requires onsite work in Huntsville, occasional travel, and possible after-hours or on-call support.
