Teams at Rural Metro Fire

Provides Level 2 support for enterprise SaaS and cloud applications used in public safety and operational environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting application, access, identity, integration, data, and workflow issues; administering permissions; coordinating with vendors; documenting procedures; supporting implementations and changes; assisting users; and maintaining governance and service records. The role requires onsite work in Huntsville, occasional travel, and possible after-hours or on-call support.

Responds to industrial fires and emergencies, performs fire suppression, first aid, rescue support, equipment operation and maintenance, and routine administrative tasks. Maintains firefighting skills through drills, follows emergency procedures, works effectively in teams, and meets demanding physical requirements. Requires firefighter, hazardous materials, driver operator, NIMS, and CPR/AED certifications, along with a valid driver license and high school diploma or GED.

Industrial Firefighter responds to fires and emergencies, performs fire suppression, rescue, first aid, fire protection inspections, hot work permit audits, and equipment maintenance. The role requires participation in drills, emergency operations, facility upkeep, documentation, and safe operation of vehicles and firefighting equipment. Work occurs on rotating 12-hour day and night shifts in hazardous industrial environments, including confined spaces and elevated areas. Annual travel for live-fire training is typically required.
