Manage customer relationships for the Runwise platform: onboard and support property managers, supers, and owners; deliver savings analyses; troubleshoot technical issues; proactively identify risks to savings; and collaborate cross-functionally to uncover expansion opportunities and drive account growth.

The VP of Field Service will lead and develop national field operations, improve efficiency, and establish training and operational standards to support company growth.

Lead a multi-territory sales organization across Midwest and Northeast, manage and develop Territory Managers, own revenue attainment, build territory-specific growth strategies, improve sales processes and playbooks, co-sell and review deals, collaborate cross-functionally, and spend significant time in-market to scale growth and expand into new markets.
