Teams at Runwise

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll engage with building owners and property managers to expand Runwise's customer base while collaborating with Account Executives. You'll utilize various outreach tactics, assess client needs, and maintain CRM systems.

Manage customer relationships for the Runwise platform: onboard and support property managers, supers, and owners; deliver savings analyses; troubleshoot technical issues; proactively identify risks to savings; and collaborate cross-functionally to uncover expansion opportunities and drive account growth.

The role involves generating pipeline via outbound strategies, developing relationships, and maintaining territory visibility. Focused on business development in New England for a climate tech company.
