Teams at Runna

Lead and grow the product design function for the Runna app: set design vision and strategy, own UX/UI and design system across native and web, translate user needs into product outcomes, improve shipping processes without sacrificing craft, coach design leads, and partner with product, engineering, brand and research to drive activation, engagement and retention.

Lead Runna’s core product strategy and roadmap, manage a team of 10 product managers (including managers), partner with design, engineering, data and growth to drive activation, engagement and retention, set outcome metrics and operating rhythm, and represent the product with Strava leadership.

Lead optimisation of the Runna website and web-to-app acquisition flows. Own SEO (including programmatic & technical), conversion rate optimisation and A/B/multivariate testing, working closely with product, engineering, design and performance marketing to drive measurable growth.
