Build, test and ship growth-focused user journeys and subscription funnels across web and app. Design and run experiments, implement instrumentation and tracking, own features end-to-end, collaborate with product/design/data, and improve CI/CD, testing and release workflows to increase conversion and engagement.

Lead the Growth Product team at Runna to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic product initiatives and collaboration with marketing and engineering.

Manage and grow Runna's US race partnership program: identify and onboard races, own end-to-end partnership lifecycle, optimise performance with data, coordinate cross-functionally, and support on-the-ground activations and scaling of partnership processes.
