Responsibilities include lane-rate analysis, market benchmarking, pricing models, forecasting, dashboards, margin analysis, billing audits, contract and bid pricing, rate governance, and data-quality validation. Partners with Sales, Operations, Finance, Data Science, and Engineering to recommend pricing changes, improve profitability, and communicate analytical findings.

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales opportunities for vehicle transportation services. Qualify customer needs, conduct virtual sales conversations, handle objections, maintain accurate Zoho CRM records, convert prospects through booking, and coordinate with Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure a smooth delivery experience. Meet activity, conversion, and sales targets in a remote, performance-driven environment.

Manage the invoice-to-cash cycle, including customer billing, payment application, collections, dispute resolution, AR reconciliations, journal entries, aging reports, month-end close, and audit support. Maintain customer credit records and tax documentation, mentor junior staff, and improve billing and collection processes through automation. Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve payment issues and support accurate financial reporting.
