Drive generative design research and translate qualitative and quantitative insights into strategic frameworks, prototypes, and compelling Figma-based presentations. Collaborate with product and design partners, socialize research through workshops and artifacts, and inform innovation for fulfilment center operators and automation systems.

Support producers in planning and executing video productions and events. Manage intake, schedules, crew assignments, budgets, invoices, call sheets, and post-production coordination. Track project progress, identify risks, and occasionally lead smaller productions. Provide administrative and facility backfill support.

Manage budgets, schedules, talent sourcing, and client relationships for photo and video productions. Oversee SOWs, onboarding, crew logistics, KPIs, and cross-functional coordination to deliver creative projects on time and on budget.

Create short-form product videos, social animations, animated ads, and website motion assets to support product launches and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with designers, art directors, and product marketers to turn storyboards and concepts into polished motion work while managing multiple projects and ensuring assets meet brand, performance, and accessibility standards.

Lead go-to-market visual design by creating scalable design systems, templates, and creative frameworks. Produce high-quality designs across web, social, paid media, email, presentations, and marketing experiences while partnering with cross-functional teams, mentoring designers, and ensuring accessibility and brand consistency.

Create and produce production-ready digital assets across web, social, email, and marketing channels. Maintain complex Figma files and design systems, ensure quality control, accessibility, and proper handoff, and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and collaboration.

Produce high-quality, web-ready ecommerce graphics following brand guidelines and design systems. Manipulate and retouch product imagery, optimize and export assets to development specs, create scalable templates and sprites, and support size chart and UX visual components. Manage multiple production requests, follow workflows, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Design, develop, and deliver motion and visual media across platforms while adhering to brand guidelines. Manage multiple projects, create end-to-end motion assets, prepare creative briefs and style guidelines, and stay current with design trends and production pipelines.

Support producers on high-impact video and live-event productions: scope, schedule, crew and vendor coordination, budgeting and invoicing, QA of media, on-set associate producing, and improving production workflows.

Design end-to-end user experiences for global logistics tools: create flows, wireframes, visual mockups and prototypes; run usability tests and analyze analytics; collaborate with product and engineering; present work to stakeholders; establish UI standards and drive interface innovation.
