Manage daily operations across multiple offices, including facilities coordination, purchasing, inventory, vendors, mail, travel, expenses, events, and onboarding logistics. Partner with Marketing on branded merchandise, social media scheduling, promotional activities, and events. Maintain office procedures, records, budgets, and supplier relationships while supporting employees, visitors, and cross-functional teams.

Leads company-wide tax strategy, compliance, reporting, treasury operations, cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, debt administration, and financial risk management. Advises the CFO and executive leadership on tax exposure, financing, acquisitions, international expansion, and capital deployment. Oversees external advisors, banking partners, controls, audits, forecasts, and cross-functional initiatives while building scalable tax and treasury capabilities.

Leads capital-markets strategy, debt and equity financing, liquidity and capital-structure planning, financial-risk management, and complex transaction execution. Builds relationships with lenders, investors, rating agencies, advisors, and legal counsel while advising executives and the Board. Oversees financing models, covenant compliance, reporting, controls, and post-close requirements, and leads the Capital Markets team.
