Leads firearms regulatory compliance for NFA, ATF, ITAR, and DoD requirements. Maintains policies, export licenses, ATF forms, bound books, transaction records, and internal controls. Coordinates with ATF and law enforcement, conducts audits, supervises compliance staff, supports DoD contracting, and provides training and risk-based guidance. Requires U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree, and at least five years of relevant regulated-industry experience.

Create and maintain production schedules, manage inventory levels, estimate material and capacity needs, identify bottlenecks, track production metrics, coordinate across sales, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and shipping, use ERP/MRP systems to align physical inventory with system records, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Operate and maintain multi-axis CNC lathes to tight tolerances (.0005"). Perform setups, tool changes, quality checks, load materials (stainless, titanium, aluminum, Delrin), modify programs, and ensure productivity, safety, and communication across shifts.
