Manage and grow sales across the Albuquerque-to-Santa Fe territory by serving existing customers, prospecting new accounts, promoting architectural building products, and building strong customer relationships. Coordinate customer needs with branch and inside sales teams, optimize product mix, and accompany vendor representatives as needed. The role requires extensive territory travel, building materials knowledge, and operation of a company vehicle subject to drug screening.

Source and manage suppliers for lumber and building materials, negotiate pricing and contracts, place and monitor orders, control purchasing costs, maintain inventory levels, resolve fulfillment and quality issues, prepare procurement reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The role is primarily remote in the Midwest or West Coast with occasional travel to branch locations.

Drive sales growth and provide customer service to existing and prospective customers through phone, email, and occasional in-person interactions. Identify sales opportunities, meet targets, advise customers on products, process orders, prepare quotes and proposals, negotiate terms, resolve inquiries, monitor market trends, and maintain accurate CRM records.
