Oversee the operation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of building mechanical and safety systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, elevators, generators, BMS, and water treatment. Supervise maintenance helpers, maintain accurate records, conduct required fire-life-safety inspections and drills, enforce safety and construction standards, support tenant service and confidentiality, and complete building technology data entry. The role requires Local 94 qualifications and multiple NYC FDNY certifications.

Own, support, and evolve enterprise business applications: lead integrations and implementations, provide Tier 3 support, deploy containerized AI services in Azure, manage identity and security, automate reporting with SQL/Power BI, and document/cross-train for operational continuity.

Provides executive leadership and strategic oversight across a portfolio of commercial interior construction projects, from initiation and design through procurement, construction, and closeout. Oversees project management teams, budgets, schedules, contracts, reporting, procurement, cost controls, change orders, stakeholder coordination, and risk resolution. Ensures alignment with asset strategy, financial systems, NYC agency requirements, and consistent project delivery practices while mentoring senior project staff.
