Own inbound and outbound sales development across EMEA, researching target accounts, engaging technical and business buyers, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for Account Executives. The role involves personalized multichannel outreach, CRM management, pipeline target attainment, AI-assisted research, collaboration with Marketing and Revenue Operations, and sharing prospect insights. It is remote-first and based anywhere in the UK.

Own product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, product launches, competitive programs, sales enablement, and marketing content. Partner across product, sales, and marketing to translate company strategy into campaigns, announcements, thought leadership, and buyer-focused materials. The role requires strong knowledge of customer data tooling, technical products, data-driven marketing, and autonomous execution in a fast-paced software environment.

Own the technical success of EMEA enterprise customers from onboarding through ongoing adoption. Lead implementations, platform migrations, architecture guidance, training, workshops, technical issue resolution, and customer data strategy. Partner with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support teams while advising customers on SDKs, event streaming, data warehouses, reverse ETL, identity resolution, and related platform capabilities. Travel occasionally to customer sites for relationship building and onsite sessions.
