Execute conversion rate optimization experiments by building landing pages and funnels, creating AI-assisted designs, configuring A/B tests, verifying tracking, managing experiment tickets, and supporting analysis. It is remote within approximately four hours of Central European Time and offers mentorship with growth toward a CRO Specialist role.

Own the full CRO experimentation pipeline for a D2C subscription product, including hypothesis development, prioritization, A/B test execution, funnel analysis, statistical evaluation, QA, conversion copy and layout creation, documentation, and reporting. Collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams, ensure rigorous test verdicts, and mentor a junior CRO specialist in a remote async environment.

Build and ship end-to-end features across a Next.js and TypeScript monorepo, Fastify and Payload CMS backend, PostgreSQL, and Cloudflare Workers. Responsibilities include feature development, third-party integrations, testing, performance optimization, security, observability, bug resolution, code review, and production ownership. The role requires autonomous task delivery, clear communication, adherence to Feature-Sliced Design conventions, and responsible use of AI development tools.
