Supervise extended operations center staff, including scheduling, training, coaching, performance monitoring, and service-level oversight. Resolve daily scheduling and service issues, escalate deficiencies, maintain communication across operational teams, and support process training. The role requires transportation or dispatching knowledge, customer service and problem-solving skills, familiarity with DOT regulations, strong computer skills, and availability for 12-hour shifts, weekends, and overtime.

Coordinates property procurement processes, including project flow, system updates, vendor and stakeholder coordination, contract compliance, renewals, inspections, and property expense tracking.
