Recruiter partners with operations leadership to forecast driver hiring needs, source and evaluate candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding activities, conduct consumer report reviews, maintain accurate recruiting records, and ensure compliance with company standards, employment law, and DOT regulations. The role also develops job advertisements, leads hiring calls, communicates with candidates and leaders, and supports high-volume driver recruiting initiatives.

Full-time fall internship supporting managed transportation accounts through routing optimization, carrier tracking, reporting, financial business case analysis, and cost and process improvement projects. The intern will support customer needs, financial performance, technical activities, and special projects while developing supply chain and transportation experience. Strong communication, project management, prioritization, and multitasking skills are required.

Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Agile methodologies. Responsibilities include analyzing, designing, coding, testing, reviewing, documenting, and improving software systems, data structures, and development processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, vendors, and Agile team members on architecture, code reviews, defect resolution, feasibility, risks, and continuous improvement. The role is full-time and onsite in Des Moines, Iowa.
