Supports employee relations and HR administration for field operations. Handles employee complaints, policy and harassment concerns, investigations, documentation, compliance research, disciplinary recommendations, organizational charts, and employee communications. Serves as a liaison among employees, management, HR business partners, recruiting, and other stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and escalating issues appropriately.

Administer employee benefits and leave programs, serve as the primary contact for team member questions, monitor inboxes, prepare correspondence, process documentation, update records, and coordinate routine enrollments with benefits service providers.
