Manage employee relations, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, compliance, and HR documentation. Coach managers on corrective action and leadership practices, advise employees and executives, and translate HR trends into business insights. The role reports to the VP of Human Resources and requires a hybrid schedule in Lombard, Illinois, with potential conversion from temporary to permanent employment.

Monitor and administer written and oral examinations for government agencies and educational institutions. Responsibilities include verifying candidate identification, distributing and collecting exams, monitoring testing environments, assisting with equipment, recording electronic check-in and check-out, directing candidates, maintaining exam material security, reporting irregularities, and following trained procedures. Must attend mandatory training and scheduled exam days.
