Schedule and coordinate tele-respiratory appointments between therapists and patients, manage incoming/outgoing calls, texts, and emails, perform timely and accurate medical intake data entry, handle cancellations/rescheduling, monitor incoming data sources, meet intake quotas, follow supervisor direction, and maintain HIPAA compliance. Background check and drug screen required.

Provide remote PAP (positive airway pressure) setup, patient education, troubleshooting, compliance monitoring, data downloads, and documentation for PAP users. Interface with providers and DME clients, follow policies/HIPAA, and maintain accurate medical records while supporting patients via phone, video, text, and email.
