Teams at RTD

Lead engineering oversight for traction power substations, overhead catenary, and electric bus charging systems. Develop and maintain maintenance standards, perform design reviews, support projects and commissioning, manage contracts and budgets, analyze reliability data, establish KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and system availability.

Support asset owners by collecting, compiling and analyzing physical asset data to inform lifecycle decisions and minimize costs. Conduct FTA State of Good Repair condition assessments, develop assessment criteria and component change intervals, author condition and performance reports, and embed asset management best practices across the organization.

Lead RTD's Transit-Oriented Development program, managing joint development requests, negotiating with developers and jurisdictions, preparing agreements, developing policies, overseeing TOD property portfolio and real-estate projects, and supervising staff to implement station-area development strategies.
