Lead enterprise architecture for transit technology platforms, set architectural principles and governance, chair the EA review board, guide cloud-native and AI adoption, align architecture with risk/compliance and business outcomes, manage roadmaps and modernization, and recruit and lead the EA team.

Design, develop, and evaluate technical training and curriculum for light rail and commuter rail operations and maintenance. Create classroom, hands‑on, eLearning, blended, and simulation content; collaborate with subject matter experts; conduct needs assessments and gap analyses; support instructors and measure training effectiveness; ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards; manage multiple curriculum projects and continuous improvement efforts.
