Leads large-scale cybersecurity assessments, transformation programs, and technology implementations for complex clients. Manages integrated workstreams, budgets, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, executive reporting, and client relationships. Guides organizations from assessment through remediation, implementation, adoption, and sustainment while overseeing governance, compliance, cloud security, identity, data protection, resilience, and security operations initiatives. Coaches delivery teams and supports follow-on advisory opportunities.

Supports technology risk consulting engagements involving IT controls, SOX compliance, SOC reporting, internal audits, ERP systems, and IT security reviews. Assists with control design, documentation, testing, risk assessment, and identifying deficiencies. Works with client leadership to address emerging technology risks and improve governance and assurance capabilities. Requires strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, project management, and professionalism, with travel to client locations potentially required.

Prepares and files multi-jurisdiction U.S. tax returns, including sales and use, income, business license, and personal property taxes. Manages business license applications and renewals, tax clearance certificates, compliance activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and tax-related workpapers. Analyzes accounting system differences to support accurate tax filings and payments while collaborating with internal and external departments.
