Support channel intelligence by maintaining and validating client data across CRM, MDM, and third-party sources. Provide ad-hoc analytical and operational support, prepare datasets for automated reporting and AI-enabled insights, conduct company/investor research, and monitor reporting refresh processes to ensure accurate, validated data for leadership reporting.

Support Sales & Marketing insights by extracting and validating data from Power BI and Excel, performing foundational analysis, and developing executive-ready PowerPoint deliverables. Assist senior analysts with deeper-dive analyses, light report modifications, and ad hoc requests to ensure timely, accurate reporting for leadership.

Manage non-assurance client engagements including bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, compilations, reviews, and Canadian tax compliance. Prepare corporate (T2) and partnership tax returns, perform reconciliations, and produce balance sheets and income statements. Apply IFRS/GAAP/ASPE/GAAS, monitor engagement productivity, coordinate deliverables, improve processes, and collaborate across teams while ensuring professional development and high-quality client service.
