Performs financial analysis, valuation, modeling, forecasting, and technical reporting for complex financial instruments and derivatives. Supports valuation engagements involving convertible instruments, embedded derivatives, earn-outs, securities, debt, options, warrants, and other products. Work serves mergers and acquisitions, venture financing, IPOs, tax planning, financial reporting, and strategic planning. The role also involves client interaction, data analysis, issue identification, project management, and potential staff supervision.

Provides confidential, high-level administrative support to RSM leaders through calendar and schedule management, travel coordination, expense reporting, meeting logistics, correspondence, presentations, research, reporting, and special projects. Maintains strong organization, professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail while coordinating with executive assistants and internal departments. May train others, support process improvements, and manage changing schedules and priorities.

Supports RSM’s Office of Risk Management by maintaining entity management data, conducting independence and conflict searches, researching internal databases, preparing reports, monitoring assignments, and assisting engagement teams with independence procedures. The role also provides stakeholder support, communicates findings, maintains confidentiality, and identifies process improvement opportunities.
