Provides regulatory compliance advice and risk guidance to financial services clients. Responsibilities include managing client engagements, conducting regulatory reviews and gap analyses, performing interviews and process walkthroughs, monitoring regulatory developments, drafting recommendations and reports, quality assurance, business development, and mentoring junior staff. The role requires FCA regulatory knowledge, consulting or compliance experience, strong communication skills, and travel to client sites.

Manage monthly management accounts, general ledger oversight, balance sheet reconciliations, financial controls, and month-end and year-end close activities. The role involves ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting, driving process improvements, partnering with finance teams, and managing, coaching, and developing junior staff. Workday adoption, reporting enhancements, and continuous improvement are also key responsibilities.

Supervise accounting and financial reporting services for real estate clients, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, management reporting, VAT returns, statutory accounts, audit coordination, and finance-function optimization. Manage client relationships, portfolio commercial activity, billing, debtor monitoring, and fee proposals. Supervise and develop junior staff while supporting training and continuous improvement initiatives.
