Produces end-to-end video and photography projects, including planning, client coordination, shooting, interviews, editing, photography, motion graphics, asset management, and final delivery. Collaborates with creative, social, account, talent, crew, and vendor teams across commercial, brand, documentary, and social-first content. Requires frequent travel and the ability to manage productions independently or with larger crews while meeting timelines and budgets.

Leads integrated media planning and strategy across client portfolios, translating business objectives into full-funnel traditional and digital media plans. Responsibilities include audience research, channel strategy, vendor RFPs and negotiations, campaign activation, measurement, performance analysis, optimization, client presentations, and media partner management. The role also mentors junior planners and is expected to assume direct people-management responsibilities. Agriculture or B2B media experience is preferred.

Coordinate agency projects from initiation through delivery by managing timelines, task assignments, documentation, status updates, stakeholder communication, media assets, creative specifications, and project records. Support project managers, account, media, creative, production teams, and external partners while tracking risks and milestones. The role requires strong organization, communication, proactive follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced marketing agency environment.
