Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for indoor racing and entertainment venues. Manage digital and social media campaigns, promotions, events, budgets, vendors, and agency relationships to increase guest traffic, revenue, brand awareness, group events, memberships, and repeat visitation. Analyze campaign performance, optimize results, support on-site events, and collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership teams.

Ensure safe, exciting guest experiences on the track and attractions. Assist with race operations, stage karts, provide guest instructions, monitor activity, enforce safety procedures, maintain attraction cleanliness, and deliver engaging service. The role requires a positive attitude, customer service skills, reliability, safety awareness, energy, teamwork, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
