Lead technology evaluations, proofs-of-concept and field trials (O-RAN, vRAN, AI/ML automation). Guide engineering teams, perform vendor assessments, and engage with industry bodies (3GPP, O-RAN).

Design, build, and operate agentic AI systems for autonomous network optimization. Develop scalable AI/ML pipelines, ensure production reliability through monitoring, testing, and governance, integrate models into real-time network environments, and apply reinforcement learning for self-adapting models.
