Lead and supervise nursing care in a skilled nursing facility, oversee staffing and medication administration, ensure regulatory and HIPAA compliance, coordinate multidisciplinary care, perform MDS assessments, support memory care and geriatric psychiatric populations, and mentor non-professional staff to achieve clinical and financial outcomes.

Perform MDS assessments and resident interviews within regulatory timeframes, transmit and validate MDS to CMS, drive interdisciplinary care plans, participate in case management and skilled Medicare meetings, maintain accurate resident documentation and compliance, and collaborate with clinical teams across skilled, sub-acute, and memory care units.

Provide meal service and support in a skilled nursing facility: prepare and serve appetizing meals, assist cooks, set up trays and food carts, clean kitchen and dining areas, follow dietitian instructions, maintain confidentiality, communicate with residents and staff, and perform other assigned duties to support resident-centered care.
