Senior QA Engineer responsible for end-to-end testing of IBM Sterling eCommerce/OMS implementations, validating order, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and payment workflows, and verifying CRM and ERP integrations using APIs/EDI/middleware. Create test plans/cases, execute functional/integration/regression tests, track defects in JIRA/ALM, and work in Agile/Scrum with stakeholders.
