Manage and improve ITSM processes within ServiceNow, including Incident, Request, Change, Problem, SLA, reporting, and CMDB governance. Develop dashboards and KPI scorecards, support platform enhancements and integrations, facilitate requirements gathering, and collaborate with developers, administrators, vendors, and stakeholders. Provide functional expertise, testing, troubleshooting, user support, and advisory guidance while driving ITIL-aligned service management improvements and maintaining ServiceNow platform governance.

Assist with Azure virtual machine setup and cloud best practices. Implement Just-In-Time access and OAuth to secure user connections, harden the environment, and minimize exposure to the public internet.

Design, modify, and optimize custom fonts for brand and production needs. Responsibilities include adjusting kerning, spacing, hinting, glyph shapes, font metrics, and special characters; configuring OpenType features; exporting TTF, OTF, and WOFF files; and validating font rendering across print, PDF, and production systems.
