Design, develop, customize, and support Infor SyteLine (CSI 10) solutions using Mongoose, IDOs, AES and .NET. Build integrations (REST, web services, ION BODs), optimize SQL/SQL Server objects and reports (SSRS), troubleshoot production issues, support upgrades/migrations, and collaborate with functional consultants to deliver ERP solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and customer service.

Create test plans/cases, execute functional/integration/regression tests, track defects in JIRA/ALM, and work in Agile/Scrum with stakeholders.
